Mr. Gregory P. Pilant

Director, Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer

Greg Pilant is the founder, CEO, and Chairman of a number of private companies. Mr. Pilant is a lifelong entrepreneur and founder and Chairman of Greystone Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Prior to Greystone he was CEO of Medical and Pharma Companies since 1985 including Stanley Pharmaceuticals, National labs, and MedStat. Mr. Pilant has set-up manufacturing facilities in United States, China, Europe and the Middle East, and has had 30 years of experience in every aspect of wound care from FDA and CE compliance reimbursement, manufacturing and distribution. Mr. Pilant was one the of first fifteen voted into University of Memphis “Business Hall of Fame”.

Ms. Deborah Pilant

Director, Chief Financial Officer, Secretary/Treasurer

Deborah Pilant has her Masters Degree in Education, and Eds Instructional Leadership. She is Founder and CEO of a regional construction company. Ms. Pilant experience includes ten years as Vice-President of sales and marketing with a National book manufacturer as well as twenty years in education and supervision with the Tennessee Board of Education.

Dr. Lee Ori

Director, Chief Research & Development Officer

Dr. Lee Ori graduated from Auburn University Harrison School of Pharmacy (AUHSOP) magna cum laude with his doctorate in pharmacy. He worked for Eli Lilly and Company as a clinical liaison to physicians. Lee presently holds pharmacist license(s) in 10 states and has held numerous executive positions based on his extensive compounding background. These include serving as Director or Pharmaceutical Operations for Optimal Health Labs, LLC, and Chief Medical Officer for Ready Scrip, LLC.

Mr. Troy Thuet

Vice President Manufacturing

Troy Thuet, having completed a Fellowship program in Aging and Regenerative Medicine brings over 15 years of business experience in a variety of managerial and executive positions. As a Managing Partner of a private company, Mr. Thuet has consulted with non-profit and hospital groups with needed Personal Protection Equipment, working with international groups to provide COVID related testing products. Mr. Thuet, an experienced executive with a proven track record for Business Development with individuals and team building, has managed accounts from onboarding, product design and formulation, sourced product components, maintained regulatory compliance, and managed production through completion.

Ms. Marsha McNair

Vice President of Operations

Marsha McNair has served in accounting and supervisory roles at The Kroger Company as Assistant Controller and Office Manager. Ms. McNair has fifteen years experience in the chemical manufacturing industry where she was responsible for accounting, office supervision, and the administration of manufacturing plant production, distribution, and sales in the United States and international markets.

Mr. R. Dan Winnett

Executive Vice President and In-house Counsel

Dan Winnett graduated cum laude from Southern Illinois University School of Law in 1983. From 1983 through 1995 he specialized in complex litigation with an emphasis on intellectual property and business relationships. From 1995 to present, he has been involved in the management of start-up medical ventures. He has served as In-house Counsel to H. E. Stanley Pharmaceutical, a Florida based research and development pharmaceutical company and later for Greystone. From 1996 to 2000, Mr. Winnett was CEO of Hyperion Medical, a medical device manufacturing company specializing in wound care products.

Mr. Damon Faulkner

Vice President Sales and Marketing

Damon Faulkner is an award-winning sales management professional with a proven record for leading multi-million dollar campaigns for advanced wound care products. He has been responsible for all aspects of developing sales, key opinion leaders, and managing new product introduction campaigns. As a Director for Smith & Nephew’s Wound Care Division, he oversaw the launch of Acticoat (a nanocrystalline silver delivery system for broad spectrum antimicrobials) and Dermagraft (a human fibroblast derived dermal tissue indicated for the treatment of diabetic foot ulcers).

Dr. Chris Hendrix, M.D.

Clinical Director

Dr. Hendrix is Board Certified by both the American Board of Podiatric Surgery and the American Academy of Wound Management. Dr. Hendrix treats a wide variety of foot and ankle maladies, but his professional interests focus on limb salvage, wound care and closure, trauma, and reconstructive techniques.

Ms.Tasha D. Kennon, RN, BS, CDCES, CDFS

Clinical Training Director

Tasha Kennon is a Registered Nurse, has a Bachelor’s degree in Science and Health Arts, is a Certified Diabetes Educator, and a Certified Wound and Foot Care Specialist. Her career roles have included trauma nurse, home health, medical device and pharmaceutical sales, leading medical education for peripheral arterial disease and limb salvage, and a consultant in wound care and diabetes.

She has served as Director of Operations for over 40 employees, and Regional Director for Performance Improvement where she traveled across the U.S. writing protocols, training, educating staff, and making recommendations for wound treatment. Ms. Kennon has been responsible for assisting with clinical studies, protocols, treatment recommendations, training and education, and launching medical technologies internationally.

Mr. Brad Cleaver

Channel Sales Director

Brad Cleaver is a Medical Sales Executive with over 20 years of accomplishments in both the Pharmaceutical arena and the Diagnostic Laboratory space. Brad has led the launch of multiple cutting edge pharmaceutical medications and helped to build a multimillion dollar medical laboratory. Brad is C-Suite specialist with vision for success, growth and exit strategies.

Mr. John Nycz

Marketing Director

John Nycz has stacked a 20-year marketing career on top of deep experience in B2B, high-ticket, long-cycle, complex sales pursuits spanning Healthcare (medical device, cardiac surgical supply, wound care, and bioelectronics), software, operational excellence, and marketing technology verticals. In his current role, John works with fellow exec team members to develop and deploy marketing strategy, leveraging traditional marketing tools combined with CRM, marketing automation, and business analytics to support sales. He is also passionate about tech advances in wound care having witnessed significant quality of care issues associated with negative pressure devices.
